Any Runners Out There?

If your a runner in Miami, you know and feel the heat. It doesn’t matter if you run in the morning or go out in the evening, you can’t escape the heat. These summer months are enough to put your running sneakers back into your closet every time you attempt to “suit up”. Anyways, it’s time to start dusting off those I-Pods, GPS watches, and other running paraphanelia and get ready to run 5Ks and train for events around town. The first running event for the Miami community will be Saturday, October 20th at Bayfront Park. The run is the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure-Breast Awareness and it starts at 8:00am.
