“Have A Little Patience” in Davie Florida

hiI believe that west Davie is one of the best places to live! It’s where I’ve hung my hat and decided to live and work for the past 9 years. Despite the increase in the days homes are staying on the market and the larger inventory, sellers are still achieving over 90% of their asking price. When you compare the last 12 - 15 months on the graph you’ll also see that even the number of days homes are on the market is coming down. 
In my particular neighborhood of ranch style acre lot homes off Shotgun Road - my selling neighbors are getting discouraged. There are so many factors influencing them selling right now - taxes, insurance, financing, not to mention that no one yet knows what impact Davie Commons (a proposed 1.3 million square foot mall between I-75 and Shotgun Road) will have if it is built in the middle of rural residential Davie…… I’ll blog on that one next time!So - Davie sellers - listen and learn from your local neighborhood Realtors and as Guns and Roses so succinctly put it “have a little pay-ay-tience”!Want to learn more about local market trends: Click Here!
