A Typical day at Downtown Dadeland

“Hi honey, I’m home! How was your day?”
“Long, but productive. I don’t feel like cooking tonight, any thoughts?”
“Sure, I have to go down to the next building to pick my suit for Bob’s wedding this weekend, they’re having a grand opening sale.”
“Terrific, I’ll go accross to Bombay to buy their wedding gift, then cross the street to West Elm to buy the pillows we liked for our new living room set from Rooms To Go”.
“Sounds great! Why don’t we meet at Chili’s for dinner in 45 minutes, on the corner of Kendall Dr. and Main street. We can get some desert at Panera Bread on our way back upstairs!”
“It’s a date!”
Such a conversation could be overheard on a typical evening by a young executive couple coming home fro
m a day at work. Upon arrival, he parks his car in assigned parking space underneath their building, as she has taken the metrorail home from work and walks home. They enter the elevator with their security keycard up to their floor and come home to their luxury newly constructed condo at Downtown Dadeland.
Isn’t it wonderful to be able to come home and take a leisurely stroll around the block, have dinner, do a little shopping, or just sit in the beautiful courtyard and do a little people watching!
Ahhh! The joy and convenience of Urban Living!

Daisy…don’t forget the workout in their state of the art gym before they go pick up the suit and the wedding present to meet for dinner at Chili’s…love it.
The young and not so old who still working and want to “simplify” their lifestyle and have the “alls of urban living” are taking the downtown dadeland approach. Even the divorced and the separtated family members have used the urban living to meet necessary changes. Your pictures and energetic story board can razzle community and outer towners to move to this area. Enjoyed….
