This beautiful listing in Fox Ridge Estates of Parkland sold in four days. Why? Simply because it had the most important aspects to sell your home in this market:

1. Price - It was priced right, not low. The Sellers took my analysis of the area sales seriously. We intelligently came up with what the home should realistically be sold for.

2. Maintenance - The Sellers took pride in their home by cleaning & keeping up with all home maintenance. This sounds like an obvious statement, but you would suprised how many listings we see that are dirty & major components are not cared for. Even in well-decorated homes, it is shocking to see layers of dust, pet hair, dirt & messiness.

3. Staging - Although this particular home was not professionally staged, the upgrades, furnishings & finishes made the home shine. Staging is so important because not only does it decorate your home, it also helps in space planning, usuage & overall floorplan flow.
