The Heights by Stanton-Pender Development Group has pre - sold 8 of their total 26 units.  Prices average around $600K however the developer has put the development on hold at this point.  The hold could either be current market conditions or the fact that the city has held off the development of 3,000 residential units until it develops rules for workforce housing.  The same may be happening over at Village Lofts.  The developer Crosswinds has taken thier website down.  If you need any further info on these or any other project in Flagler Village please let me know.</description>
