I would like to share with you this note that came out last Wednesday the 14th on CBS 4, in reference to a transaction that I did some months back.
Truly when I see this story, I love the way it looks, like something out of the “movies” but I do not forget the other side of the story.
It was more difficult that you can imagine, sometimes I felt frustrated, when I advanced one step I had to back up five, but you know I never gave up, my clients were trusting me and they needed to sale their house and I had to do it.
Although the initial contract felt through, I am aware that in real estate you have to be creative, the Swap idea was a stroke of the lawyer in me, and luckily, it worked!!!.
Therefore, regardless to the circumstances in our live, regardless to the amount of people that tell us we can not do; if we persevere and we keep a hopeful attitude many doors will open to us
