I consider myself quite fortunate to live and work in Miami Beach.
Today’s temperature reached 83 degrees and tonight it will not go below 70 degrees, the sun was shining bright and the ocean and bay waters were sparkling and inviting, and not to be too cliche, the numerous palm trees that adorn our magic city were actually swaying in the pleasant breeze.
We have such a diverse population living and visiting Miami Beach, it makes you feel like a citizen of the world. Just in the past weeks I have worked with clients from Italy, Canada, France, Israel, Russia, New York and Tennessee.
Everyone is coming to Miami Beach, particularly South Beach, to buy a little, or a big, piece of paradise. Condos and single family homes are priced to sell, sellers are quite motivated and the inventory is large enough to please the choosiest buyers.
