Venetian Islands, Miami Beach – Market Outlook

Hallaluah!!!!! The waterfront home market on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach are starting to move again in a positive direction. In the first quarter of 2008, there are 8 homes either sold/closed or pending sale. The market in general is seeing positive movement in activity since the beginning of the year. The activity we have been experiencing has been mostly buyer’s from Europe wanting to take advantage of the high value of the Euro and British Pound. We have found that they came to Miami Beach in the beginning of the year to scout properties and to learn the real estate market and now they are returning and making offers on homes. The Europeans are not the only ones buying. There has also been much pent up demand from Americans as well wanting to also take advantage of the drop in prices. There are quite a few great opportunities to buy waterfront in Miami Beach and the Venetian Islands for well under $10M dollars. The price ranges for single family waterfront homes on the Venetian Islands range in price from $2.5M-$8.5M. Some of the great waterfront deals include:
