hiHomes JUST LISTED in Palmetto Bay … are selling in mere days! Why? Last week, I closed a sale on 16642 SW 78 Ct…. listed at $799,999. It sold for $780,000. Directly across the street, the sign had barely gone up, and I had a contract on a home that would take your breath away: 16641 SW 78 Ct… listed for $885,000 and sold for $860,000. A fistful of Palmetto Bay homes (priced from half a million to just under one million) in literally the blink of an eye, have contracts on them… the message being: If you see something you like, buy it! Palmetto Bay homes pending… in March alone!:

Four more that I’m aware of, have offers, and are under negotiation… Two were on the market less than a week! Signs of change. A far cry from the scarce number of offers a few months back! Stagnant market? If March is the indicator, Palmetto Bay is anything but stagnant. Almost a dozen homes in Palmetto Bay, listed from half a million to a million, have offers in on them, this month alone! People are looking for deals (the kind Pinecrest dangled so enticingly 7-9 years ago): You’ll find similar opportunities in Palmetto Bay right now to the ones smart buyers jumped on a decade ago in Pinecrest! … See something you like? Put in an offer! Hesitate… Someone else will take advantage!
