Mia Cucina kicks off this season’s ULTRA GOURMET COOKING Classes and Wine Tastings

The sleek, Italian kitchen-design store on Coral Way, “Mia Cucina”, will again host gourmet cooking classes … accompanied by intriguing wine pairings, starting May 22nd. Once a month … all summer long… invited chefs and owners from top local Italian restaurants will share their recipes and secrets…. as participants wine and dine on “to-die-for” fare. Last summer, themes centered around a single, specific ingredient (incorporated into each and every dish… from appetizer through dessert) : pepperoncino, basil, and prosciutto. This year…well, it’s somewhat of a secret… still. Each event will showcase two different Italian Regional Cuisines… and the ensuing competition that will obviously arise from that!
