San Juan del Sur Ocean View Home for Sale- Nicaragua

hiA future Ft. Lauderdale Home Buyer contacted me in December of last year regarding his relocation plans and assistance with his home search. We are still communicating and he mentioned that he will be selling one or both of two Homes before relocating here.
I asked him for information about both Homes so that I could Blog about them in order to provide some additional exposure for them. He e-mailed pictures, which I added captions to and included below. According to recent statistics from the National Association of Realtors and other sources, 85% of Buyers start their home search online. Internet marketing is one of the strongest tools that I use and I’m a strong believer in its’ success as I’ve sold Homes because Buyers and Sellers found me online and I’m contacted daily by Buyers requesting assistance with their Home search. I love learning about new places and I wanted to provide detailed information for the blog post, so I spent a couple of hours online reading about Nicaragua and researching additional information about San Juan del Sur and found the following:
- San Juan del Sur is one of Nicaragua’s premier tourism destinations
- San Juan del Sur is located on the Southern coast of Nicaragua just North of Costa Rica (67 miles from Guanacaste, Costa Rica). I enjoyed a GREAT trip to Costa Rica (Quepos, Jaco, and Manuel Antonio) in October, 2005 and wondered about the proximity of San Juan del Sur from Costa Rica
- San Juan del Sur is located 152 miles from San Jose, Costa Rica
(I flew into San Jose for my Costa Rica trip) - If you’re planning to fly to San Juan del Sur, the closest Airport is Managua, which is Nicaragua’s Capital. The Airport Code is “MGA”
- A Flight to Managua is ~6 hours from Ft. Lauderdale.
- San Juan del Sur is ~a 2-hr. drive South of the Managua Airport
- San Juan del Sur’s Timezone is Universal, so they are 2 hours

Vickie-My eyes popped where I saw this post! SJDS is where I used to live and is my home away from home. It is paradise, with the most magnificent sunsets I have ever seen, every night! The locals are warm and inviting and the town has seen vast growth in the 5 years I have known it. There has been an influx of newcomers and thus new restaurants, hotels, projects and their first Beach Club- which is gorgeous and the food is delicious…

Wow! I didn’t know that you used to live in San Juan del Sur. Now that you mention it, I do remember that you visited Nicaragua a few months back, but I didn’t know which City you visited. It sounds like such a fabulous place and, for the past few days, I’ve been reading all about San Juan del Sur and Nicaragua travel and Real Estate. There’s definitely lots going on there so far as new development. It seems that, despite the significant growth, there are still some absolutely phenomenal Real Estate deals available, but I know it won’t stay that way forever…the clock is ticking.
