Wow! I didn’t know that you used to live in San Juan del Sur. Now that you mention it, I do remember that you visited Nicaragua a few months back, but I didn’t know which City you visited. It sounds like such a fabulous place and, for the past few days, I’ve been reading all about San Juan del Sur and Nicaragua travel and Real Estate. There’s definitely lots going on there so far as new development. It seems that, despite the significant growth, there are still some absolutely phenomenal Real Estate deals available, but I know it won’t stay that way forever…the clock is ticking. Vickie-My eyes popped where I saw this post! SJDS is where I used to live and is my home away from home. It is paradise, with the most magnificent sunsets I have ever seen, every night! The locals are warm and inviting and the town has seen vast growth in the 5 years I have known it. There has been an influx of newcomers and thus new restaurants, hotels, projects and their first Beach Club- which is gorgeous and the food is delicious…
