I just found a $1400 per month rental in Isola on Brickell Key for my clients, who like many, are qualified to buy, but have decided to rent for a year.
This building features gorgeous common areas with a floor to ceiling view of the ocean from the gym, tennis court, pool and a serene view of the bay and the city. Its location is spectacular, as Brickell Key is in the heart of Miami, yet it has a friendly laid-back pace. In the evening, you see residents jogging or walking their dogs on the scenic path around the island. There are restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance from every building as well as the Madarin Oriental Hotel and Spa and the famed restaurant, Azul.
Granted $1400 a month for a 2/2 on Brickell Key is almost unheard of, but there are many deals like this popping up in Miami these days.
