Problems on Miami Gardens Drive- Aventura Condos

hiThe Buckley Towers on Miami Gardens Drive has 14 foreclosures and a 30% delinquency rate making it very difficult to get financing for buyers who want to live in a good neighborhood and in a building with very low prices.
This is not the only building on Miami Gardens Drive with the same difficulties. The Wilshire has 25 foreclosures and only one sale in the past four months.
These situations are spreading to other buildings. Some buildings on Country Club Drive, are experiencing short falls in their budgets due to delinquent maintenance payments and other owners are writing big checks to make up for this such as Bonavista, a beautiful older building in Aventura on Country Club Drive.
