hiThe grand scale development on the Gulfstream land in Hallandale is very ambitious with restaurants, casinos, apartments and entertainment. It will add a very needed resort and fun feeling to the area which is sorely missed. All the vacation fun and glamour of years long gone by never was replaced in the northern part of Dade County.
Now there will be more reasons for tourists to stay in the new Sunny Isles condo hotels and come here to enjoy activities they can’t find anywhere else. The tourism trade is vital to our economy. Plus, it is fun for the locals as well.
