The Dadeland Village and surrounding buildings are the perfect example of the New Urbanism, modern concept that is really the concept in the Dadeland.
The clear architectural solution is synchronizing the residential complexes, office buildings and stores and is noticed easily. The Dadeland Area harbors its own metro station that offers efficient substitution for the traffic congestion and with rising gas prices and eco concerns is just what will add more Real Estate value in the future. The parking spots with no parking meters friendly welcome the residents and visitors alike. Neighborhood corner coffee shops with the outside tables are the European-like oasis to have your favorite cappuccino and to catch up with the daily news. The focal point is the world famous Dadeland Mall.

At the fresh summer night the Dadeland Area wasn’t sleeping but rather was impatiently waiting for the new day so I tried to employ my newly acquired photography skills to catch the moment, light and sound of this great community.
