The market is setting up new guidelines and now more and more realtors are selling bank-owned properties.
I recently sold a bank-owned unit at Trump Palace and this month two of my REO’s (bank owned properties) went under contract. One in Parc Central and the other one at the Waves.
These times are very exciting for Buyers and the market is becoming more active.
I am now listing two more units at the Beach Club in Hollywood and at Oceanview Condos in Sunny Isles.
