hiINVITED TO RECITE THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE BEFORE A CITY COMMISSION MEETING, is a great honor, especially for children who recite this “Pledge” every morning in their classrooms. Like many other local schools, Country Isles Elementary also has a group of wonderful Student Council Members that represent their classmates and their school in many different ways. These bright students unite weekly with their Student Council Advisor, Mrs. Gomez to bring forth new ideas and develop unique fund raising activities to help support those in need. A Student Council’s job consist of a lot more responsibility at Country Isles Elementary, however these fantastic kids love to represent their school with lots of spirit and pride.
As a result, Student Council Representatives have been INVITED to the WESTON CITY COMMISSION MEETING on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2008 AT 6:45PM to RECITE THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE before all members and attendees. For those of us who would like to attend in person, the meeting will be held at the Weston City Hall; 17200 Royal Palm Blvd., Weston, FL at 7:00 pm.
