I write about the real estate market in The Cloisters quite often because of its great location in the heart of Coconut Grove.  Every day while I am having breakfast at Greenstreet I see Cloisters residents walking, biking and jogging to and from the gated community.  They are extremely lucky to have all of Coconut Grove's restaraunts, cafes, shops and movie theater just steps from their front door.
