Long Lake Ranches located just south of the Estates has the same country class as it’s sister community. Although
the Ranches are made up of two parcels A & B. Parcel ”A ” is located off Nob Hill Blvd. and has 132 homes. The Ranches
also have a club house which the Estates does not. Parcel ” B ” is located in the back of parcel ” A ” and you can get to
this part of the Ranches by just going through parcel “A” and crossing over a canal or you can go to Hiatus Blvd. which
is the next main road west of Nob Hills and go through ed tennis courts, playground a beautiful man guard gate. The Long Lake Ranches parcel “B’
has 108 homes and two lakes.
The Ranches offered seven models to pick from ranging in square footage of around 3,521 to over 7,221. The names
of the models reflect the beauty of the homes. They are the Raphael, Caliterra, Marcellina, Sonoma, Renior, Renior
Majestic and the most popular model the Van Gogh.
These luxurious residences are set amid lush preserves and serene lakes. The recreation park has the clubhouse with the fitness center and party/meeting rooms. Trails surround the open play field and tot lot. The sports park has jogging and skating paths, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, and a cabana with shaded seating.
