Are there any bank owned houses available for sale in good neighborhoods like Cooper City, FL & Davie, FL ?

Bank owned properties of great value and good condition have a usual shelf life span of 2 to 5 days on the market, or ( less ) .

Yesterday, I read about a 5/3/1 pool home in Weston Hills Country Club’s guard gated community  in Weston, FL that normally would of sold for 1 million dollars, which is now a foreclosure priced at $700,000.00.

EWM’s foreclosure team, which I am a part of, has a 6 bedroom luxury foreclosure pool home that was over a million dollars in Davie, Florida coming in the next week or two to the market. Here is a picture of home soon to be available.

Communication with your realtor in terms of price and being  pre-approved before looking, whether a cash purchase or mortgage purchase is really important.

Foreclosures are not as easy as you may assume to buy. Many factors go into the banks ability to select your bid. Currently, we run into multiple offers on a daily basis. The realtor working with you should have REO experience, as the bank addendums and time restrictions are in full force. The contract is not your typical contract.

Mortgage consultants with experience in this field are of great importance.
