“AN OLD’ THATS NEW AGAIN “
Categories: Community Information, Plantation, Real Estate News
hiSimply wonderful and surprising to find and old and substantial neighborhood as EL DORADO ESTATES in such a welcoming condition. That was my thoughts when driving through the beautifully manicured community entrance.
My intent was to hopefully get a listing that day. I was referred by a friend who had spoken highly of this lovely lady and her mother. This owner, having tried to sell her home for a very long period of time with another Realtor, almost gave up on her dreams to be closer to her Son and Family.
Approaching the property much to my surprise was a lovely older home, beautifully kept and updated throughout the years. After previewing the home ,the only problem was the price. That day she excepted to list with me and within less then a week the property sold.
The multiple amount of buyers that came through were all between twenties and thirties of age and all appreciating the way the house was built and the amount of property that came with it. The funny thing about this area of moderately priced properties was there are no volume ceilings ,no three car garages and not every house looks the same as the other. The charm of the area is the way everyone cares and maintains their home boasting their one way in and out of the community with a semi-secured
facade, club house , tennis courts and children’s play-ground. There’s shopping and doctors all within five minutes away. Prices in EL DORADO have stayed steady compared to surrounding areas , but are still a great buy for a young family or baby-boomers scaling down. If you love to play golf, three cources are a few short minutes away. With everything around you that you need including all the major highways, you’ll still find serenity in this quaint community 0f EL DORADO ESTATES .
