hiThe City of South Miami selected an experienced individual to become the acting city manager. Roger Carlton who has been the the City Manager of Miami Beach and held various government positions since the 1970s will start as City Manager this Tuesday. Lets hope this works out so that the City of South Miami can continue to move forward .It would be nice if South Miami could be known not only as the City of Pleasant Living but also the City of Pleasant Politics.
