EWM Realty International recently handled the sale of a condominium in The Setai Miami Beach for $7.8 million—the highest price paid for a non-penthouse unit in the building so far. In January, a penthouse unit in The Setai sold for $27 million. This particular unit is a three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,258-square-foot condo directly on the water. Click to Enlarge As the chart above shows, sales prices and price per Square foot prices were trending upward throughout 2012 and helped set the stage for the higher pricing levels we see today.
