CALLING FOR FIRST TIME HOME SELLERS!

High Noon Entertainment and HGTV are now casting for “My First Sale” in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas! The show features homeowners who are selling their FIRST HOME, TOWNHOME  OR CONDOMINIUM and their REALTORS! “My First Sale” shows the inherent drama (the pricing, marketing, staging) and excitement of homeowners selling a home for the very first time!

HGTV is looking for fun, high-energy first-time home sellers (and their realtors) who are interested in being featured on an episode of the show,”My First Sale”. The first time home-sellers should be very motivated to sell and open to having a camera crew shoot all of the exciting processes and experiences of listing and selling their first home.

The focus of “My First Sale” is primarily on the home seller! The key events of the selling process are shown; (the offer, counter offer, inspection, appraisal, closing).

I love watching HGTV so why not be on HGTV!
