Foreclosure Sells In Gables Estates

The foreclosure property located at 60 Casuarina Concourse (listed by ReMax) in Gables Estates sold recently for $3,055,000.  It featured 4,595 square feet of living area and 3 bedrooms, 4 baths.  $3,055,000 for a waterfront home in Gables Estates means that the home must have sold for land value.  The house was located on a 37,917 square foot lot.  The property came on the market in September of 2010 at a price of $3,559,000 and went under contract 30 days later. High Pines Consists Of Two Drastically Different Real Estate Markets
