Margaritaville is arriving in Hollywood Beach, FL!
The ‘buzz’ (no pun intended) regarding Margaritaville is already igniting excitement amongst business owners and residents in Hollywood Beach and they haven’t even broken ground. In case you’ve been hiding under a seashell, Margaritaville is arriving in 2014. Thanks to the Community Redevelopment Agency, many restaurant and hotel owners have been motivated by the monetary incentive to improve and update their establishments in order to be in the running with Margaritaville’s presence. Billy’s Stone Crab which is a well known seafood restaurant is renovating their original restaurant to the tune of $200,000, of which $50,000 they will be reimbursed by the CRA. Sheldon Hotel is in the process and moving right along with their $2 million dollar renovation project and it looks amazing! GG’s Waterfront restaurant is next up to apply before the board for approval on updates. There is a new Hollywood on the map and the place to be is Hollywood Beach, FL. Don’t let your opportunity “waste away” by the time Margaritaville arrives.
