Properties are selling fast in Coral Gables. Former Florida governor Jeb Bush had his property on the market for just 64 days before it sold. The historic 2,621’ Sq Ft home on 629 Altara Ave sold for $775,000. The cozy 1920’s property is a distinguished home in the Italian Village community of Coral Gables. The Bushes sold there Coral Gables residence apparently for something more modern and chic. They purchased a lavish property in the award winning Almeria Row Development also located in Coral Gables. They purchased a $1.3 million 3,485’ Sq Ft 4 bedroom 4 baths home in August of 2011. Both of the properties are beautiful but nevertheless have contrasting styles. One is an older 1920’s traditional luxurious style home while the other is an urban modern spacious work of art. Coral Gables has the best of worlds, lavish and modern urban homes or waterfront colonial style properties.
