The Over The Counter restaurant opened in Brickell last week at 1250 South Miami Avenue, according to The Real Deal.
Over the Counter or OTC, will give eaters a drive-by speed of serving up crafty brews, and bite-sized delights that will fuel up hungry and driven Brickell businessmen and women, as well as visitors on-the-go.
Even with this fast service, good, wholesome foods will essentially be served with its gastropub setting. The décor theme also features reclaimed wood and metal in the dining area, where guests can pause, before continuing with their day.
Owners John and Michael Sullivan, who are a father and son duo, drew inspiration from the pub-style restaurants of New York City, when conceptualizing OTC. The nibbles and bits will include pan seared tunas, delicious ribs, healthy salads and more. The food theme will be casual American comfort foods.
