This week’s top web stories regarding Downtown Miami real estate include updates on Zaha Hahid’s 1000 Biscayne Tower. Ex Miami has confirmed that the tower will be 760 FT tall, which will be just a few feet shy of 900 Biscayne Tower sitting next door.
Museum Park’s Construction is Midway
In other real estate news for Downtown Miami, the structural base of the Miami Museum Park has been completed, according to The Real Deal. The tower will now commence vertical construction, and it’s scheduled to be completed by 2015.
Condo Inventory for Downtown Miami
According to Condo Vultures’ recent market analysis report for Downtown Miami, 850 condos remain in the MLS inventory. These statistics however, only comprise of condos built after 2003. In the annual data for 2012, a pool of 800 new units were sold for $345-million in total. The remaining 850 condos for sale are expected to be traded by 2014, according to the founder of Condo Vultures.
