A lot of things have been written about the Miami real estate market, often generalizing the entire market without distinguishing between the different sub-markets (location -wise or with price ranges). In the last few weeks the David Siddons Group received many calls from investors or buyers looking for ulta-luxurious real estate. As we saw the luxury market slowing down in 2016, we wondered whether this was a coincidence or a new trend?
