Last week Isabelle discussed trends in July’s home sales.  Today I would like to expand on the subject to look at encouraging trends in home sales for the first 6 months of 2011.  33 properties priced at $1 million and over were sold over the first 6 months of 2011, or 27.5% of the total inventory of 120 homes.
