<p>Here is a run down on the house.  It is a large house on a large lot.  It is located on the better side of Pomona Avenue (closer to LaPlaya).  It features 4,352 square feet of living space on a large lot of 14,400 square feet.  It has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a nice pool.  The floors are nice, the layout is a bit challenging, there is basically no kitchen (the previous owners took the cabinets and appliances).  <span style="text-decoration: underline">Most importantly, the price per square foot is $201.00 – which is $59.00 a foot less than the average in Coconut Grove this year.</span></p>
