The house at 4075 Hardie Avenue came on the market a few months ago as a For Sale By Owner at a list price of $1,624,999. The home closed recently for a sales price of $1,475,000 or $304.00 per square foot. This week, several Miami news outlets reported that developer, Plaza Construction, is assigned to build the EnV Residential Towers, which has long been projected to commence. After several stalls and changes in contractors however, the project will finally begin this September, 2012. Plaza Construction has raked in an enviable sum of $65 million to manage the contract.
