			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The time for the reservations of seasonal rentals is coming&#8230;and in spite of what is going on in the Real Estate market in South Florida, I believe that it is going to be a real busy time&#8230;.</p>
<p>The foreign currencies gaining value over the USDollar, the abundance of units available in the market, will make South Florida even more desirable than before.  Hollywood and Hallandale Beach with the new Condo conversions, could be the area to look for on the &#8220;affordable side&#8221;, as compared to Sunny Isles,  Bal Harbor and Surfside with the upscale Condos.</p>
<p>Miami Beach, with the old buildings, and worldly well known, will have their share by the &#8220;snow birds&#8221; and the tradition abrought in by the New Yorkers.</p>
<p>And, no matter what is &#8220;your beach&#8221;&#8230;.it is a very positive way to expect ther rentals to convert into sales&#8230;..It happened before and hopefufully it will be better at this time.</p>
<p>So, get ready the season is coming&#8230;..</p>
