Si usted piensa buscar financiamiento para esta adquisicion tambien debera antes de empezar la busqueda contactar con un banco de prestigio para que lo pre-califique y determinen conjuntamente dependiendo su presupuesto y capacidad de endeudamiento el valor de la propiedad a adquirir.</p>

<p>Es importante que usted determine sus prioridades antes de buscar casa. Como por ej.</p>
<p>Areas, ubicacion, tamano, caracteristicas de la propiedad, colegios, puntos de interes valor de compra, etc.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Luego que usted haya realizado todo lo anterior y finalmente se decida a presentar una</p>
<p>oferta de compra por la casa de su eleccion debera de coordinar una estrategia con su asesor inmobiliario para presentar dicha oferta de compra, esta debera ser por escrito para</p>
<p>mostrar al propietario seriedad. Su asesor inmobiliario debera determinar un estimado del valor de mercado de dicha propiedad para que la oferta de compra que sometan este</p>
<p>dentro de dicho valor. Tambien debera adjuntar un 1er deposito de $1,000 y un Segundo</p>
<p>Deposito a los 7 dias posteriores por igual cantidad (estos montos podrian variar dependiendo la negociacion).</p>

<p>Posteriormente es importante que el comprador contrate/observe los siguientes pasos:</p>
