Sunset Lakes is known for its amazing lakes and its spectacular sunsets.  Some of the rentals are located directly on one of our lakes while several homes offer the luxury of a resort in the backyard with gorgeous pools and well kept entertainment areas.

Starting October 16th the  City of Miramar, Florida in an effort to keep up with their projects for the city is moving to 4/10 Days Work Week. They will be open from 7:00 AM to 6:00PM Monday thru Thursday.

During September we had 10 properties close ranging in price from $280,000 for a 1,891 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to $435,000 for a 3,579 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. 

At the end of September there were 39 homes for sale throughout Sunset Lakes and 36 pending sales.

Some of the tips that have been recommended:

• Install motion lights outside the home
• Install quality locks
• Keep hedges trimmed
• Keep garage doors closed
• Move valuables out of master bedroom
• Put lights on timers
• Use your security system
• Keep valuables out of cars (GPS, Phones, etc)
• Keep car doors locked
