hiAs banks are shoring up their positions and reducing their liability, they are also reducing their loan portfolios including equity loans. In my case my bank just reduced my equity loan by over 70% from about $250K to about $70K.

FHA Loan Limit Raised To $423,750 In Miami Dade!
