Finally after several long years we are beginning to see construction in the High Pines neighborhood which is located between Coral Gables & South Miami. I drove around the neighborhood yesterday & saw substantial activity at 5130 SW 54 Terr, foundation work at 7641 SW 53 Ct., and a cleared lot and an architect's sign at 74-- SW 55 Ave.. I think that the light has appeared at the end of the tunnel. To follow us on facebook open this link To...Continue Reading!

We have just listed 1795 SW 12th Street in the Shenandoah section of the City Of Miami. Well priced at $399,00 the house had a new roof and ACs in 2008 and has storm shutters throughout. The "Bones" of the house appear to be good, but certain things will need to be fixed such as new windows, refinishing of the floors, and perhaps a new kitchen. The total living area is 3,186 sq. ft., and the lot is 12,626 sq....Continue Reading!

It is sort of hard to say why this is occurring as Ponce Davis had been one of the...Continue Reading!
