Finally after several long years we are beginning to see construction in the High Pines neighborhood which is located between Coral Gables & South Miami. I drove around the neighborhood yesterday & saw substantial activity at 5130 SW 54 Terr, foundation work at 7641 SW 53 Ct., and a cleared lot and an architect's sign at 74-- SW 55 Ave..
