Last Monday Susan Heatley of Heatley Real Estate at EWM closed the sale of 8750 Ponce De Leon Blvd. in the Ponce Davis section of Miami for $1,551,250. The buyer has told us that he plans to tear the existing 1942 residence down and construct a new one on the 62,000 sq. ft. lot. I believe the architect is presently working on the plans. After many months of effort I finally got Wachovia's short sale manager to visit 5045 SW 74 Terr. in High Pines. She was surprised and appalled by the condition.
