Warren Buffet, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway has just released a statement that he believes the real estate slump will end by 2011. He believes that is about how long it will take for the supply to catch up with demand. I feel that it could even be sooner for the higher end areas such as South Miami, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove because we are seeing such low inventory levels already.
