Popular Georges Restaurant of Commodore Plaza will soon be opening a restaurant at 1549 Sunset Drive in downtown South Miami. I met the owner, George Farge, who was working with the contractors remodeling the location. Georges is hopeful that the restaurant will be open for business in 1 1/2 to 2 months.
