The developer sent me a closing letter in late July. After looking at different options for finacing, I came to the conclusion that Toscano’s in-house loan officer John Dreibelbis of Homes Services Lending has the best programs available. John completed my application on August 15, and I closed 10 days later. This was honestly the easiest closing I have ever had. (and the interest rate was excellent)!!!

On the day of my closing, I was late leaving work. Mary Bramley at EWM Title offered to wait for me. I closed in the evening. They were very accomodating to my schedule.
