			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="mceTemp">Well as everyone is aware, getting a mortgage for a condo is quite tricky and remarkably rare these days.  I was lucky enough to have a great client, a great building and a great lender.</div>
<p>The Crystal House located at 5055 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach is such a good building that we were able to get financing and close the deal relatively smoothly just last week.  The unit was a very spacious two bedroom, two bath on the 10th floor, overlooking the beach, and sold for$270,000.</p>
<p>With things being the way that they are these days, I thought it important to report on the positive experiences that are still occurring on a regular basis.</p>
