Davie Real Estate

With its reputation as Broward County’s Western town, Davie brings a taste of the Wild West to South Florida. Davie, a city located adjacent to the Everglades and southwest of Fort Lauderdale, is home to multiple universities, plenty of entertainment venues and enriching festivals. It is inhabited by 88,683 residents (according to the 2000 census).

Despite the fact that the city was formed from land comprised by the Everglades, Davie is recognized as a Western town due to the abundance of cattle that once roamed its land and the large horse-owning population found among its residents.
