Miramar Real Estate

Miramar, a city located in Broward County and situated between the major cities of Fort Lauderdale and Miami, is inhabited by 72,739 residents (according to the 2000 census). Incorporated in 1955, the city features a multitude of perks for its residents including, parks, community activities, and coming soon, the Miramar Cultural Arts Center.

The city of Miramar constitutes one of the largest cities in the State of Florida. Due to its great size and vast amount of undeveloped land, Miramar is currently undergoing a controlled development process by the city. A new Town Center currently under construction will provide a new City Hall, public library and multiple retail sites, as well as unveil the Miramar Cultural Arts Center, a center to further promote the admiration of art to Miramar residents of all ages.
